The small mini cast iron pan is ideal for preparing, roasting and serving food for one person. The small cast iron pan has a diameter of 16cm and is versatile for frying, braising and roasting. The surface should always be greased and small to medium heat should be used. The pan can be used on all types of stoves, including ceramic stoves with ceramic hobs, as well as induction, gas and electric stoves. The appropriate size should always be used to prevent overheating on the outside of the pan. After use, the cooled pan can simply be rinsed with water and washing-up liquid. Stubborn stains should be soaked beforehand. Then dry immediately to prevent rust from forming.
