This is the perfect reinforcement, hot air fryer when preparing grilled meat and fish dishes. It is child’s play to insert the grill cage into the rotational receptacle where the chicken skewer or the spit rack are otherwise attached. The way it works is very simple: the steak or fish is enclosed in the cage and, due to the constant rotation, receives an even heat contact and thus a particularly even browning. Due to the complete absence of fat and oil additions during preparation with the hot air fryer, dishes conjured up in this way are fat-reduced and therefore also healthier than when prepared in conventional fryers.
