This barbecue is made of galvanized steel and is very easy to assemble and disassemble: you will just need 4 bolts and nuts to fix it and store it after use. Mangal barbecue is traditional in Turkey, Caucasus countries and all former USSR countries. Meat is traditionally cooked on skewers with a long and rigid blade which are laid on the walls of the barbecue. This mangal is 14.5 cm deep, in order to have your meat or vegetables cook at a reasonable distance from the ember. To enhance the cooking and taste of your meat, we recommend cooking on a slow fire: to know when the ember is not too hot to start cooking, just put your hand 15 cm above it if you can support the heat, so will your meat if you cannot, just wait for a few more minutes.
