This plus XL barbecue has a sturdy brick and refractory concrete construction with a metal chimney and Argentinian style grill. The grill is suspended on chains so that you can raise and lower the grill, to adjust the cooking temperature, with a crank system. The grill, made of stainless steel, comprises v-shaped channels which allow fat to drain away from the food during cooking, into a trough at the front of the grill. Not only is this a healthy method of cooking, but it prevents flare-ups which may taint the flavour of your food. A metal drawer collects ash to aid cleaning and has a useful shelf for utensils or storage under the grill area. As this BBQ requires no painting, it is easy to maintain. This item can be used with wood or charcoal. This item is delivered directly from the manufacturer in 2-3 weeks, together with assembly instructions. Due to its size and weight, it will be delivered by a lorry on a pallet.
