This Delicatessa Induction Hob allows optimal use of space with minimal energy consumption while cooking. Combining technical innovation with luxury design, its glass ceramic surface brings a new shine to any kitchen. The hybrid built-in hob offers four cooking surfaces with a total maximum output of 7000 watts, distributed over two 2000-watt plates and two 1500-watt plates, for optimal cooking. Thanks to VarioHeating, the two left-hand cooking zones combine to form a flex zone: pan detection enables this to adapt to the size of the pots, pans, or saucepans, thus heating large cookware that does not fit on a single cooking surface. Therefore, on one hand, you only use the energy required for the pot and on the other hand, you can use almost any size of pot or pan. The induction hob is also suitable for cooking large one-pot dishes such as paellas. The right-hand cooking zone offers room for even larger pans. The hobs can be regulated individually and feature a ThermoBoost function with which the power can quickly be increased to up to 3000W. The glass-ceramic hob is operated easily with an integrated SenseControl touch panel with touch-to-slide control for power control and a digital display. This gives the kitchen surfaces a seamless finish, without any buttons or knobs. As well as the power, a timer for up to 99 minutes can be programmed for every hob which either switches off the hot plate or beeps at the end of the set time. To make sure everything runs smoothly during cooking, the built-in stove has various safety features. Overheat protection with automatic shut-off becomes active if a cooking surface becomes too hot. A residual heat display with the Eco Thermal Control system shows whether cooking surfaces are still hot after being switched off. It also enables cooking with residual heat to save energy. The practical ThermalRecall function remembers the set temperature and is used if the cooking process is interrupted for a short time and then continued later. A child lock can also be activated in order to prevent accidental changes to the cooking settings.
