Etnea 26cm Smokefree Grill Plate

This roasting tin is for smokeless and grease-free cooking. The special surface of the plate allows cooking fats to slide into the tank below the plate, without creating smoke. It is used Artech stone ultra non-stick coating, reinforced with mineral particles and a special roughened texture, for an excellent capacity of non-stick and resistance, as already tested by labs and magazines. 4mm thick aluminium body for perfect heat diffusion.
