The ELO Granite Evolution is a PTFE-non-stick pan that allows for the best frying results for tender fried food such as breaded meat, fish, vegetables, flour- and egg dishes. It has a particularly thick pan body with a uniquely structured surface caused by a unique beam process. This innovative surface with micro honeycomb is enlarged and keeps cooking oil better by evenly distributing it over the entire pan’s surface.
