The stunning and unique root block dining table is slightly different from our other teak root tables, this particular design is made up of root pieces which have been placed together to form a more contemporary style pedestal base. Manufactured from reclaimed teak root making this a very solid and strong centrepiece to any dining area! Each root is very unique and you will never see the same root detailing twice, excavating the roots encourages regrowth of forests and promotes sustainable livelihoods for local people. When creating these wonderful masterpieces there is no waste as any smaller pieces of teak root are sculpted into amazing individual mirror designs, stunning bowls or even root balls that can be used for various things. Our teak root block can seat 6-8 people comfortably, the unique stature of the block root allows plenty of room for chairs to be tucked underneath. To make this gorgeous table even more unique you can place a light in the pedestal which will create a truly atmospheric dining experience, it will impress your guests every time they visit for years to come.
