The large stainless steel kettle holds up to 30 litres of liquid or 25 litres of liquid malt. Set your temperature, cooking time and power via the clear control panel with colour display. Alternatively you can use the MemoryBrew system to program your four brewing steps, so you have consistent results every time. The heating element brings the mash to a boil, optionally between 30-140°C. Select precise cooking times too via a minute timer between 1-99 minutes, applicable to each step. The colour display shows which step of the brew the device is currently at. The 3-dimensional circulation system of the brewing system is particularly practical, as it helps in mashing several times: The MashFlow technology pumps the mash from bottom to top, thus ensuring uniform heating and circulation. The Anti-Burn-Circulation aids in stirring by keeping the bottom of the kettle moving steadily. The removable grain tank with a filter insert makes it easy to remove the grains from the wort. The quick coupling system of the circulation pump enables the separation of the pump tubing and the drain tap in just a few steps. Then the finished mash can be transferred directly to the fermentation tank. All parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
