Let the temperature rise progressively until it reaches between 220°C and 250°C depending on the food being cooked. Limited cooking temperature to protect the glaze. Suitable for cooking vegetables and fruit. Clean the cooking plate as you would an enameled cast-iron casserole, wait for it to cool, scrape it with a wooden spatula (no metal: the enamel could be damaged), clean with hot water, and soap. Care: do not spray the griddle “hot”, the risk of breakage, clean the griddle before any use and especially after a long period of storage. During long periods of storage: cover the griddle and store it in a dry place. Do not leave outside and store undercover. Lightly oiled. Any thermal shock too important can damage the plancha. Ideal for gentle cooking.
