Two power levels, 1500 watts to keep warm and 3000 watts to boil the mash, are available. The LCD display always shows exactly what temperature is currently in the boiler. The range of accessories in the brewing system is particularly practical and helps the process in several ways: the filter insert and drip ring make it very easy to remove the spent grains without losing any beer from the wort. The cooling coil also cools down the mash at lightning speed-even water-cooled thanks to the hollow tube. The drain tap makes transferring to the fermentation tank a breeze.
