This Universal Windshield for Paella Pans is a great accessory, easy to setup and will provide some protection in adverse weather to help keep the flame from extinguishing when cooking outdoors. Modular in design, it comes in 3 segments which hang directly from the paella pan. Each segment measures 16cm x 68cm. Made from galvanised steel so rusting will not be an issue.
